10/07/03 - Kym used to fancy David
888 according to Popjustice!
Kym Marsh may be a happily married woman these days, but there was a chance -
albeit a slim one - that the stunning songstress could have ended-up being Mrs
David Triple Eight.
You see, four or five years ago, the stunning pop pair were a couple of eager
wannabes in an ill-fated band called Hymn. As neither of them are difficult to
look at (ie, gorgeous), it wasn't long before our Kym developed a bit of crush
on young David, who was (and hey, still is) five years her junior. However, Kym
is keen to point out that nothing ever came of her crush, so snogs or indeed
wedding bells were never really on the cards!
"He's a very goodlooking guy and yeah, when I was in the band, I did fancy
him," Kym told us. "Who wouldn't? But David's much younger than I am
and nothing happened. No interband stuff was allowed! We're still friends now,
though."
But guess what? It also turns out that hunky David 888 used to fancy Kym too!
"She's very attractive woman and I was young," he told us. "I'm
six years younger than her. She was always a bit older and I had a crush on her
but we were just friends and still are now."
Oh well, it wasn't meant to be, we guess. But Kym's not worried. Afterall, she's
got her Jack and, bless her, she can't help going on about it! "He's so
gorgeous at the moment," she gushed. "He's all hunky, his body is
coming on brilliantly. He's in training. He has nice spiky hair too and and I
love his goatee. Phwooar!"
Kym releases her new single Come On Over on July 7, while Triple Eight drop
their second single Give Me A Reason on July 21st!
24/04/03 - News from Capital FM - Record Companies were worried when the video from Triple 8 involved possible scenes of a sexual nature, however because it was not completely bad, there is no problem with the single being released.
